POTOP standard type lab sheet extruder FPSI-30/26 adopts a single screw extrusion structure, with a high-performance   servo drive system,   running smoothly   without fluctuation, ensuring that the material is evenly heated and fully plasticized, effectively avoiding the problems of carbonization and shear decomposition that are easy to occur in traditional equipment, and ensuring the consistency and stability of sample forming. At the same time, the optimized screw and calendering roller structure design adapts materials with different viscosity and fluidity. Even in the face of high viscosity special materials, it can also achieve smooth extrusion and uniform calendering, breaking the limitations of material processing.

Suitable for producing precision films/sheets with a thickness of 0.1-0.6mm and a width of 200mm:
Packaging films: PE/PP/PS food packaging films, shrink films, stretch films
