Laboratory Three-layer Film Blowing Machine FBCI-20/03

Small Three-Layer Blown Film Machine FBCL-20/03 consists of three Φ20mm single-screw extruders, a three-layer co-extrusion die head (ABC three-layer spiral flow channel, layer ratio: 1:1:1),   blown film auxiliary equipment, and a PLC centralized control system.

The three extruders are independently driven, melting and plasticizing different (or identical) polymer raw materials, which are then precisely distributed through flow channels to the co-extrusion die head.  

The materials are extruded through an annular gap to form a tube blank, which is then inflated by compressed air and drawn by traction rollers.

After cooling and shaping by an air ring, flattening by a collapsing frame, and traction winding, the target film product is obtained.
